Refunds & Cancellation

Organization owners can cancel through the secure billing portal. Unless checkout states otherwise, access continues through the paid billing period and renewal stops at its end.

Upgrades or downgrades follow the proration and effective-date details shown by the billing portal before confirmation. Failed payments may pause paid entitlements without deleting customer data.

Payments are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins except where required by law or where SellFlow confirms a duplicate or erroneous charge. Contact support with the organization name and invoice identifier; never send full card details.

A configured free trial can be cancelled before its displayed end date. Whether a payment method is required and when the first charge occurs are shown during checkout.
