What SellFlow processes
SellFlow processes account identity, dealership settings, authorized inventory data, listing content, publication history, usage and billing metadata, browser installation status, diagnostics, and support communications. We minimize personal information and do not request or store Facebook passwords.
Why data is used
Data is used to provide and secure the service, enforce subscriptions, synchronize inventory, prepare and publish listings, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, communicate operational notices, and meet legal obligations.
Service providers
Configured infrastructure, payment, AI, email, messaging, and storage providers process limited data needed for their function. AI requests contain only listing-relevant vehicle facts and instructions. Production providers and retention periods must be listed by the owner before launch.
Browser sessions
The extension operates within the customer’s Chrome environment. SellFlow stores installation, entitlement, job, heartbeat, and diagnostic status—not the customer’s Facebook password. Facebook cookies remain in the browser profile controlled by the customer.
Choices and rights
Authorized account owners can request access, export, correction, deletion, or organization closure. Some billing, audit, security, and publication records may be retained when legally required. Requests are verified before action.
Security
SellFlow uses tenant authorization, server-side entitlement checks, encrypted transport, signed webhooks, scoped extension tokens, input validation, audit records, and redacted logs. No certification is claimed unless separately documented.
